I felt upset, disappointed, and embarrassed. Nobody had prepared me as a Mom to deal with situations when my child is getting in trouble at school. He is away from me all day (grade 1), how was I supposed to control his behavior? After talking to Parenting Power, I felt relieved, and able to put things into perspective, and could start to solve the behavior issue. It was helpful because now I have developed and followed through with a plan that has been effective.
